Per our HOA, we are allowed 6 guests per unit, for a total of 12 guests. This would allow 2 guests per bed. No sleeping on floors, couches or air mattresses are allowed. Other things to note Pet Free homes due to Allergies This is a "Pet Free" home. The owner and family are highly allergic to pet dandruff. Recording Devices This unit has a recording device at the door, in the driveway, on the patio and in the garage. Recording of video and sound. Guest Policy In accordance with the HOA regulations, a maximum of 6 guests per unit is permitted. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and a notice to vacate will be issued. Please ensure that the correct number of guests is included in your booking. Smoking/Vaping Policy Guests found smoking or vaping on the premises, including but not limited to the townhome, patio, driveway, garage, or within the subdivision, will incur a $500 fine. Violations may also result in automatic eviction from the property. Additional Space We have a total of 3 townhomes next door to each other.
