Right in the centre of the holiday buzz, our modern townhouse is just footsteps from the beautiful La Cala Beach. Just 50 metres from the beach our family villa has: 600Mbps fibre optic internet; Sleeps 6 comfortably. (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms); Rooftop terrace with sea views; and endless restaurants, cafes & shops on your door. Not suitable for party groups or children under 12 years old. This is a no smoking, no vaping, no e cigarette home both inside & on the terrace. The space The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one bedroom opening onto a beautiful courtyard. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom, a lounge with dining area opening onto a balcony overlooking the buzzing La Cala coffee scene. The rooftop terrace has sea views and plenty of room to sunbath in the Spanish sunshine. Guest access Our home is situated on Calle Antequera, one street back from beach front adjacent to the Moorish tower. The house is ideally located in the centre of the town right next to the beach and a very short walk to the numerous excellent restaurants, shops, chemist and beach-front bars. We have bought La Cala in the hope that friends and family will visit this area for many years to come. La Cala” as this charming village is affectionately known to local residents, lies on the Costa del Sol in Spain approximately 25 minutes drive west from Malaga International Airport. The long beach at La Cala is well cared for, clean and soft golden sand. La Cala de Mijas has a friendly village atmosphere and is located in the middle of the Costa del Sol. The popular village was originally a fishing village and has a restored Moorish tower next to the beach. The town offers a nice easy paced life, not taken over completely by tourism, but with good facilities. The location enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable; temperatures average 32 ºC during the summer.
