In the upper room of the former parish church of St. Johann in the middle of the historic old town of Konstanz, you can look down on exciting history all around. Because the former parish church below is part of Konstanz with more than 1000 years of history. The history continues right at your doorstep. As soon as you leave the apartment, you are in the heart of the medieval old town of Konstanz. The space The apartment is modern and brightly furnished and can accommodate two to four people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can fully cater for yourself. The bathroom has been newly renovated and has a shower. The fast Wi-Fi connection allows for smooth streaming or working for a cozy evening or working day like at home. The Oberstüble offers you everything you could wish for your feel-good stay in Konstanz. A bright cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, bed linen, towels, Internet, smart TV, a quiet and fascinating historical environment, a bicycle parking space and the use of all city buses are also included in the visitor's tax. We cannot (yet) offer a parking space. The former parish church located under the apartment is now a coworking space and is at your disposal as guests of the Oberstübles as a witty workplace. Guest access Parking is available in the various parking garages in the city center, all within walking distance of the property. For unloading and loading luggage, you can stop in front of St. Johann after a short consultation. Other things to note The upper floor can be reached by a staircase with many steps. There is no elevator.
