Villa Gialla - Only 50m from the lake with incredible views. Pets welcome.

Villa Gialla is a light and airy villa; on the ground floor there is a spacious and comfortable lounge / dining room with large windows and patio doors with beautiful lake views, well-equipped kitchen with central island, and a utility room with washing machine and toilet / sink. The lounge has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings and Freesat TV with English or Italian programs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a five-burner gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. For pet owners, the lounge has two ceiling fans and mesh security shutters that can be pulled across the French doors, to ensure the area is kept as cool as possible if you need to leave your pet at any time. Unless your dog is a "high-jumper", the balcony area is secure and the garden is as secure as we can make it. Free WiFi is also available throughout the house and the garden. A wooden spiral staircase leads to three bedrooms and bathrooms (with a larger outdoor staircase to take suitcases etc. up and down). Bedroom 1 - to the lake side of the house with king sized bed, ceiling fan, en-suite with shower and wc, and French doors to the upper balcony. Lie in bed with the curtains open and have the impression of being directly on the lake. Bedroom 2 - double bed, en-suite with wc and sink - side view Bedroom 3 - also to the lake side of the house with French doors to the balcony and incredible lake view. This room has twin beds and is directly opposite the master bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, wc and basin. Bed sheets and towels for the house are provided, however, you are asked to bring your own beach towels. Access to Villa Gialla is via a fairly steep, 100m footpath and 56 steps, however, the comfort of the house and stunning views are, we believe, well worth the effort - including three large bedrooms, two of which have en-suite wc (one also with shower), master bathroom, beautifully fitted kitchen and much more. Please don't be concerned that we have no reviews from previous renters. This is only because we haven't rented out for the last two years, so this is a completely new listing. We had around 40 bookings before that, with an almost exclusive 5 star rating (just two with 4.5 stars). This property is NO SMOKING inside - thank you from us and other guests.
