If you plan on having anyone visit or stay at the property that has not been mentioned in the booking they must be approved prior to coming. Anything left behind is subject to a $25 fee on top of shipping costs. Must be reclaimed within 24 hours of checking out. Any guests that are booking with less than 4.8 stars are subject to a $100 security deposit. We stock up the Airbnb with supplies to help kickstart your stay, from there you are responsible to replenish any items as you continue your stay. Guest access Lots of parking in the front of the home which makes coming in and out easy. There is a park that is a few steps away with a beautiful lake filled with ducks and benches to enjoy. Other things to note In case of an emergency I have a fire extinguisher by the conventional oven in the kitchen. First aid kit located in the bathroom under the sink.
