The ground floor flows from the spacious and comfortable sitting room, with a living flame fire to light to add warmth and ambience, through to the dining room, which in turn leads into the small but perfectly formed and well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen a back door opens to a sunny private patio garden, where outdoor dining is an additional option and the perfect space to fire up the barbecue and chill out after a busy day. Upstairs are three bedrooms (a king-size and two singles) along with a family bathroom. 12 The Close offers a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the opportunity to spend quality time away together in a comfortable cottage in a great location, any time of the year. If you enjoy walking, exploring picture-perfect seaside villages or packing a picnic full of fabulous locally produced fayre and walking to the beach for the day, where you can swim in the sea and let the dogs run free, then this bolthole is just the place for you.
