Not only does it provide access and parking to state beaches, but it's also close to the Block Island Ferry and other amenities. The main house features four bedrooms, including a former watch tower with ladder access only, a stone fireplace, a three-season room, and an in-ground pool. With glorious views of Ninigret Pond and the Rhode Island/Long Island Sound, it offers a picturesque setting. The property also includes a second guest house availble at additional fee., which has 1 bedroom, and a pullout sofa bed in the living room, a separate kitchen and laundry facilities, and a bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower attached to the guest house for returns from the beach. The guest house also doubles as a pool house with changing area and bathroom with shower at the main entrance. In total, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Off Season 10 Guests additional 3-4 with guest house at additional cost per night Additionally, the property's location is highly convenient. It's only a 5-minute drive from Westerly Airport and 15 minutes away from Interstate 95, making it easily accessible. We also provide a parking pass, use of beach chairs and umbrellas for local beaches Other things to note The Main house has 3 bedrooms and a loft, The primary Bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Full size bed, both beds have a Trundle. The two other bedrooms have Full with Trundle. The loft has a full-size bed. The guest cottage has 1 bedroom with a King Bed and the living area has a pull-out queen sleep sofa. The guest cottage has full amenities including, kitchen, full bath and laundry facilities. Making this property ideal for multi- generational vacations.
