Cedar House is reverse level with a king-size bedroom on the ground floor, boasting an en-suite shower room and Smart television, and a spacious twin bedroom opposite the hallway. You will also find the large, modern family bathroom on the ground floor with a bath and overhead shower. Upstairs, the open-plan living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen space with a high gloss finish and everything needed to cook up a family meal; leading into the dining area with table seating four guests. The cosy sitting room area enjoys comfortable seating and a Smart television, as well as far reaching views over the countryside and a wood burning stove for those colder evenings; the balcony is the perfect place to sit back, relax and soak up the views of your surroundings. Cedar House has a private patio area towards the back of the property, with a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine. Situated just walking distance from St Agnes town centre, where you will find an array of cafes, restaurants and shops. Within not even a 20 minute walk, you could be strolling along the esteemed St Agnes beacon, where you will find the stunning Wheal Kitty and Wheal Coates, showing off some lovely Cornish heritage whilst gazing out at beautiful sea and coastal views. This really is the perfect base in which to start your Cornish adventure. Additional Information: Babies and children welcome, two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please note that to get to the town of St Agnes, there is a short walk on the main road (Roughly 0.2 miles). As you approach Presingoll Barns, you may notice building works on a neighbouring site. While these works are outside the property grounds, guests staying at Cedar House may occasionally notice some noise, particularly when outdoors. Any disruption is expected to be minimal, and our pricing reflects this. The working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Sitting room area With a wood burning, comfortable seating area, Smart television, stove, and balcony with countryside and distant sea views. Outside: Private patio area with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Communal outdoor shower suitable for dogs and beach equipment. Allocated parking for two cars.
