The exclusive 1 bedroom 40 m²- Apartment with kitchen/bathroom/balcony, Wi-Fi and parking is located in the Alte Neustadt and is only a 5-minute walk to the Weser and another 5 minutes via the pedestrian bridge into the old town of Bremen with the beautiful market square, Dom and Roland. The space In an absolutely quiet location to the courtyard - without traffic noise - in a well maintained residential building with 6 parties, our sunny non-smoking apartment "Kleiner Roland" offers the right rest after hours or on vacation. The decor and furnishings leave nothing to be desired: the beautiful living/bedroom with a sofa, which can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed (2x2m) with just a single handle, an additional closet bed, a small office corner for home office, a flat screen TV and modern glossy furniture. There is a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner.-Ceran field, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, capsule machine + pads, kettle, toaster etc., a chic combined bath/shower room with washing machine as well as a balcony for smokers and non-smokers. All additional costs are included in the mentioned prices, so incl. Heating, electricity, water, etc., also a free, specially rented car parking, final cleaning, possibly also weekly cleaning, Wi-Fi, 5% bed tax, etc. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided by us. Guest access The elegant 1-bedroom apartment "Kleiner Roland" is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building and is easily accessible via two stone stairs. The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to have breakfast or in the evening to end the day for a glass of wine or beer, etc. There is a private, covered parking space for your car, as parking spaces are rare near the city center. Other things to note ATTENTION, please be sure to note: The minimum stay for this apartment is 3 days. However, in exceptional cases, you can only book 2 nights on special request if they fall into the time from Friday evening to Monday morning. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, I cannot register this individually with Airbnb, but only in general. However, it still applies: 2 nights only on weekends! Our apartment has Wi-Fi.
