The exclusive, 40 m² 1-roomapartment with kitchen/bathroom/balcony, Wi-Fi and parking is located in the Old New Town and is only a 5-minute walk to the Weser and another 5 minutes via the pedestrian bridge to the old town of Bremen with the beautiful market square, cathedral and Roland. The space In an absolutely quiet location facing the courtyard - without traffic noise - in a well-kept residential building with 6 parties, our sunny non-smoking apartment "Kleiner Roland" offers the right relaxation after work or on vacation. The furnishings and fittings leave nothing to be desired: the beautiful living room/bedroom with a sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed (2 x 2 m) with just a single handle, an additional closet bed, a small office corner for the home office, a flat-screen TV and modern high-gloss furniture. There is a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burnerceramic stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, capsule machine + pads, kettle, toaster, etc., a chic combined tub/shower bath with washing machine and a balcony for smokers and non-smokers. All additional costs are included in the prices mentioned, i.e. incl. heating, electricity, water and also a free car parking space rented by us, final cleaning, if necessary also weekly cleaning, Wi-Fi, 5% bed tax, etc. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided by us. Guest access The elegant 1-room apartment "Kleiner Roland" is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residential building and is easily accessible via two stone stairs. The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to breakfast or in the evening to end the day with a glass of wine or beer, among other things. For your car, there is a separate, covered parking space available, because parking spaces are rare near the city center. Other things to note ATTENTION, please note: The minimum stay for this apartment is 3 days. However, in exceptional cases, you can also book only 2 nights on special request if they fall between Friday evening and Monday morning. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, I cannot enter this individually on Airbnb, but only in general. However, the following still applies: 2 nights only on weekends! Our apartment has Wi-Fi. The access code can be found on the small table next to the couch. For our guests, we have provided a lot of information material for activities and attractions in Bremen and the surrounding area.
