The space Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, a bunkbed in one. Cabin has 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen with all the essentials for cooking. Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more. Bluetooth speaker, plenty of books, games, and puzzles. Beach chairs and umbrella for lake time. Weber propane grill for summer barbecues. Take in the scenery from the deck with your morning coffee/evening beverage. Cozy living and dining area overlooking deck with gorgeous views of majestic pines of Sugar Pine Point State Park (no road separates the lot from the park). 15 minute walk through the woods to the beach. A private and tranquil space, Dukkehus is a Scandinavian hygge retreat! Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests. Other things to note Weather conditions in the mountains can change rapidly. The cabin is located on the West Shore which can receive heavy snowfall. Roads in subdivision (and our driveway) are plowed however, there may be delays during snow storms. We advise 4WD or chains during periods of heavy snowfall. Driveway accommodates 2 cars. Street parking is not permitted between Nov. 1-May 1. Maximum occupancy: 4 Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM, occupancy is limited during 10 PM-8AM. A note on the water heater: the water heater needs time to reheat in between showers. Please wait 30 minutes after doing the dishes with hot water to take a shower, and allow same amount of time in between showers.
