The Espesedo de Cabárceno

"El Espesedo de Cabárceno" is an old mountain house with a lot of rural charm. Capacity from 12 to 18 people It is located 6 km from the wonderful Cabárceno Park, in the Psieña Valley, one of the three Pasiegos Valleys. Due to the spaciousness of its spaces, it is ideal for large groups of friends and families. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a huge 55 m2 living-dining room, equipped kitchen and 500 m2 garden along with the porch and barbecue. The space The house has 6 spacious rooms and 6 bathrooms, one in each room. Capacity from 12 to 18 people, maximum 14 adults. We have 2 cribs upon request, a surcharge of €15 per stay. The house is distributed on two floors, with a room with a bathroom, the kitchen, and the living-dining room from where the porch and the garden are accessed on the ground floor. On the second floor are the other 5 bedrooms with their 5 private bathrooms. It has a beautiful garden, fully fenced with a wooden porch where you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal and relax with the incredible sunsets. One medium-sized pet and two small pets are allowed upon request, and a supplement of €15 per pet per stay will be applied. Guest access Living-dining room of 55 m2 with fireplace and bar, one of the largest rooms in the house where you will love to have your long after-dinner chats. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils and cleaning products. Outside you will find the private garden, fully fenced 500 m2, which has a barbecue and a charming wooden porch with garden furniture. Other things to note It is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Argomilla de Cayón just 6 km from the spectacular Cabárceno Nature Park, We are located in the El Espesedo neighborhood, a traditional set of "mountain houses" built in stone and with their beautiful wooden balconies. Because of its location in the center of Cantabria and 22 km from Santander and the beaches, it allows you to visit the entire region with 30-minute trips.
