The Espesedo de Cabárceno

"El Espesedo de Cabárceno" is an old mountain house with a lot of rural charm. Capacity from 12 to 18 plazas It is located 6 km. from the wonderful Parque de Cabárceno , in the Psieña Valley one of the three Pasiegos Valleys. Due to the spaciousness of its spaces, it is ideal for large groups of friends and families. It consists of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a huge living room of 55 m2, equipped kitchen and the garden of 500 m2 along with the porch and the barbecue. The space The house it has 6 spacious rooms and 6 bathrooms, one in each room. Capacity from 12 to 18 places, max 14 adults. We have 2 cribs upon request, surcharge of €15 stay. The house is distributed on two floors, located on the ground floor a room with a bathroom, the kitchen, and the living room- dining room from where the porch and garden are accessed. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor with their 5 private bathrooms. Highlights its beautiful garden, totally fenced with the wooden porch where you can enjoy a pleasant outdoor meal and relax with the incredible sunsets. A medium and 2 small size pet is allowed, upon request and a surcharge of €15 per pet and stay will be applied. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils and cleaning products. Outside you will find the private garden, fully fenced 500 m2, which has a barbecue and a charming wooden porch with garden furniture. Other things to note It is located in the beautiful and quiet village of Argomilla de Cayón just 6 km from the spectacular Cabárceno Nature Park. We are located in the El Espesedo neighborhood, a traditional set of "mountain houses" built in stone and with its beautiful wooden balconies.
