The Space ----------- This bright, modern, single-level home offers all the comforts of a perfect getaway: - Spacious open-plan living with high ceilings, a Smart TV, and a Blu-ray player. - Private outdoor entertaining area with a timber deck, dining table, and lawn. - Fully equipped kitchen with a pod coffee machine, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. - Luxury bathroom featuring a free-standing bath and frameless glass shower. - Laundry room with a washing machine and outdoor hanging line. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements ---------------------------------------- - Master bedroom: Queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite (shower, toilet, basin). - Second bedroom: Queen bed with built-in robe. - Third bedroom: Bunk bed (ideal for kids) with space to play. Guest Access -------------- - Guests have access to all spaces except the garage and shed. - Single carport for off-street parking plus ample kerb-side parking. Other Things to Note ----------------------- - All linen and towels provided (except beach towels). - Must BYO toiletries and beach towels. We are available to help you remotely during your stay via SMS or mobile. Minimum 2 night stay (with exceptions, 5 nights in summer peak). Check In - 2PM. Check-Out - 10AM.
