The 16 foot sliding glass doors separate the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area from the large balcony. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and chaise lounges. The well equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with a composite granite sink and custom made cabinets. Everything is in place for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal. There are Italian marble tiles throughout, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and safe. The large master bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, black out drapes, and overlooks the pool. A window opens to the atrium for a view of the ocean.
