Welcome to Amelia Island, ranked No.3 in Conde Nast Travel magazine's Readers Choice Awards 2022 for top islands in the United States! The house is located in the Omni Resort/Plantation. Our home is on unique corner lot surrounded by a nature reserve. It incredibly private and has every amenity imaginable. It has three big bedrooms with the master on the main level. Two large newly remodeled bathrooms, each with double vanities and a half bath off the family room. Inside you can kick your shoes off and enjoy the large open family room with a vaulted ceiling, a large beautiful screened in porch and a bright sunny eat in kitchen. You will have use of our golf cart so you can take a short ride over to the beach (.02 miles), enjoy a beautiful sunset at Walkers Landing or play basketball at Drummond Point. It is a perfect location if you have an event at Walkers Landing or the Omni. There are lots of great bike paths to explore in the resort, you can go fishing in one of the many ponds, play golf, tennis or pickleball. You can kayak with the nature center, enjoy fantastic shopping at the shops of Amelia, visit the spa, eat at any of the wonderful restaurants or explore historic downtown Fernandina. We have several adult bikes for you to use, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and beach toys. The beaches on Amelia are beautiful! You will find all types of shells, the water is amazing and it is rarely crowded. Come and enjoy all that Amelia Island has to offer!
