Magnolia Lago is a modern renovated apartment inside a 19th century villa with 4 units, located in Gardone Riviera. It is surrounded by a garden of over 3000 square meters overlooking the lake, with direct access and a private beach. The garden is shared with the other 3 apartments. It is an apartment of 150 square meters on two floors, which was renovated in 2010 and has all the comforts. On the mezzanine floor there is: the living room with two large sofas, a large table and a wood stove; the bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with access to the large terrace.
