In the heart of a charming country hamlet overlooking the vineyards of the Gers, a very chic private ROSE COTTAGE in the grounds of a Gascon castle for up to 6 people, with swimming pool. Careful and harmonious decoration for a style full of charm. The space The cottage ROSE is one of two gîtes located in the park of a Gascon castle. It is well appointed and is perfect for a family of up to 6 people in comfort (150m2) . It is separated from Cottage Wisteria by a private central driveway that leads to the owner's chateau. Cottage ROSE has its own indoor living areas such as a private lounge, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, private outdoor terraces not overlooked, with garden furniture, parasols and a wood burning bbq, but there is also plenty of space around to host outdoor dinners. The occupants of the ROSE cottage have access to a swimming pool only shared with the 8 person Wisteria cottage (10m x 7.5m. Depth: 1.5m) in the grounds of the Château. The pool is entirely reserved for the occupants of the 2 cottages. It is fenced but not supervised. The surrounding wooded park offers enough space for children to play and parents to relax! EQUIPMENT ROSE COTTAGE (6 pers) : The ROSE cottage is a single storey cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 people. A double glazed entrance opens directly onto the central dining room which opens on the right into a bright and fully equipped kitchen and on the left into a comfortable living room with sofas, wood burning stove and TV. A small office is available at the end of the hallway. The hallway also provides access to the 3 bedrooms: -Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds (90x200) -Bedroom 2 has twin beds. So we can preprare you here either a king size bed or 2 singles,and has its own bathroom (bath and toilet) -Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140x200) Bedrooms 1 and 3 share the other bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen Rose cottage : -1 oven -ceramic sink "timbre d'office 4-burner induction hob -dishwasher -large fridge (+ 1 large bottle fridge) -microwave oven -toaster -kettle -Ice maker -coffee maker (ground coffee) Guest access The hamlet is located in heart of gascon countryside. A car is mandatory to go there. Other things to note -Bed linen and towels are included -Final cleaning is included.
