Surrounded by the green pine forest of Sas Linnas Siccas, near Cala Liberotto, a few steps from the homonymous beaches, it is the ideal place for those who love the sea and relaxation. The house, with a nice little garden with juniper and olive trees, is arranged on two levels: GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor there is the sleeping area with bathroom and 2 bedrooms connected to a large beachfront veranda, from which you can directly access the garden. Each room has AIR CONDITIONING and sliding mosquito nets on the French doors. The master bedroom features a large wardrobe and nightstands. The double bedroom is equipped with a closet and two bedside tables. A third room with a single bed is available on request, for 25% of the property's daily cost. FIRST FLOOR On the first floor is the living area that includes a large living room with dining area and living room, kitchen, half bathroom, two large covered verandas in front of the sea and one in the back. The half bathroom has a small laundry bathtub, washing machine and toilet. Garden : The villa is surrounded by the green garden with turf, juniper, olive trees and ornamental plants. Outside there is also a shower for the after beach. The beach can be reached in just a 3-minute walk following the main road or a path that passes in the middle of the pine forest. Other beaches such as Cala Liberotto, Cala Ginepro, Sa Curcurica and Biderosa can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Always low water on the shore and fine-grained sand make the beaches of this stretch of coastline particularly suitable for children. Also a few minutes' drive away are medical guard, pharmacy, carabinieri station, supermarkets, small shops of typical products, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and restaurants. The center of Orosei is 10 kilometers walkable in about 12 minutes.
