Tranquil One Bedroom Condo on Pass-a-Grille Beach

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight. The space My second floor unit has a view of the courtyard with easy access ( a few steps) to the large shared ocean viewing deck. One of the best things about my spot is that it is in the part of the building that allows for easy access to the observation deck and " fun" of being in the group, but when you are ready to retire, it is far enough away to be very quiet. The deck is large and well appointed with plenty of seating, tables chairs and lounges. There are two electric BBQs as well. The room is 375 sq ft. The vintage mirrors on the walls make it seem much larger! A quiet one bedroom unit with a comfy queen bed, with a new cushion topper for extra cush. A well appointed full kitchen ( counter oven) and full bath ( newly remodeled) with tub and shower.The (new AC just updated to give you a comfortable stay. New loveseat and chair in living room and large smart tv with cable and free wifi. Kitchen has everything that you may need to cook in. Everything you may need or want for the day at the beach is provided,(towels, umbrella,chairs, cooler and new snorkel sets to use.) Just add your favorite drinks and snacks! ( Instacart delivers any groceries/ supplies you may need. ) The beach is steps away...literally. Guest access The miles of white sand beach ( unobstructed view) is steps away and directly across from our condos. Restaurants and shopping are all in walking distance. Fishing is a block away at Merry Pier. There are small convenience stores in the area for incidentals and the larger Pub Lix grocery approx 3 miles away. Parking at times is scarce (typically weekends and holidays) but you can leave your car parked with our included parking on Gulf Way in front of condos, and take Free Ride! Other things to note Be prepared...The "cold" tap water in Florida is lukewarm. It doesn't change....lol.
