The property offers up 4 bedrooms, one of which is a dedicated study/office. Bedroom 1 is large bright sunny parents retreat with a king bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has a King Single Bed with under bed trundle as well as ensuite. Two separate living areas offering up a 65 inch or 75 inch TV for your viewing pleasure of Foxtel or Netflix. We have also provided an extensive stockpile of board games and puzzles if that's your thing as well as access to WiFi. The kitchen is fully equiped. Guests can help themselves to tea, coffee and other fresh essentials. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The outdoor entertainment area has a 4 burner BBQ, in-ground swimming pool, table tennis table and flat lawn area - perfect for relaxing afternoons. Secure On-site parking for 2 small cars is available but with being located in such a convenient location, once here you might not need your car at all.
