On the ground floor, the open-plan living area seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining space, and living room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen features a stylish island with bar stools, perfect for casual dining or socializing while cooking. A large dining table for eight sits at the heart of the space, making it ideal for shared meals. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room offers a cozy fireplace and a comfortable seating area facing a 65-inch TV, perfect for relaxation. Separate from the open living space, the TV/Gaming room provides a dedicated entertainment zone, featuring a 55-inch TV and Sonos surround sound, creating the perfect spot for movie nights or gaming sessions.
