This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! 48@ Arenas is the perfect respite in the rear of a quiet complex. Mountain views from the main level and primary bedroom put nature into perspective. We are close to terrific hiking trails w/ amazing views of the valley all the while within blocks of restaurants/bars, cafes, spas, a casino, a world class museum, live entertainment, movies & shops. This is also our home away from home. We have been happy to share our Palm Springs retreat with family and friends over many years. Ours is not a corporate run curated property. We do not subscribe to professional linen services and pay for someone to match the art work with the couch! We shop at Macy’s for Hotel Collection and Charter Club sheets and towels. Our furniture has been collected from Crate and Barrel, Room & Board, IKEA, Natuzzi, Brown and Jordan, and Tropitone. Our art reflects who we are and the life experiences we have been fortunate to have. A couple of pieces are by an award winning painter, my father, Norman Wesley. By choosing to stay with us you choose to accept and respect our home for what it is. Palm Springs is our home and a community that we love. It is our privilege to share our personal space with others who we hope will love Palm Springs as much as we do! Form and function abound in the contemporary furnishings throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully supplied for the chef, baker & cocktail maker. The full sized laundry is tucked away next to the kitchen. Upstairs, each of the spacious bedroom suites are welcoming retreats with rich linens, plush towels, and from the primary suite views of the Santa Rosa mountains! The primary suite has a large walk-in shower. The guest suite has a shower over tub, functions as a gym, office, and sleeps 2 on a queen-sized murphy bed. Not to be forgotten, the patio has a Weber BBQ, we provide free WIFI, & expanded cable. Winter season rentals are 2 months minimum in duration.
