1/2 block to beach, HOT TUB, pet/kid-friendly

Lovely house with hot tub and a kid-friendly and pet-friendly feel with a kid playroom. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 4 adults and some kids. Lovely home just 1 minute walk to the beach and 3 minutes drive to the city. Smell the ocean from the porch. This cute and quirky house is perfect for a family or two couples. This is a community feel and the hot tub does have a walk way by it. We are unable to change this. HOT TUB maintenance occurs every Tues. The space Three bedroom house , 2 kings, 1 queen. Day bed w two twin beds. Small tv upstairs in day room (not a bedroom) and large tv downstairs. No laundry on premises for guest use. Games, books, and all the kitchen necessities you need. Condiments, olive/veg oil, spices, coffee and a few other things. Guest of the small house can walk by large patio and hot tub. There is no way around this since it's a shared yard. It has a community feel. The guests in the small house can not use the large patio, hot tub or bbq. Click on ALL pictures and you can see an aerial view of the property. Hot tub is not shown due to date of pictures taken. Heat for the house- The gas stove is controlled with a wall thermostat. And there are wall heaters in most rooms. Extra portable heater in closet for winter use in dining room. 1 minute walk to the beach. We provide sand toys for the kids. If the tide is in and you’re upstairs, you’ll get a small ocean view from a tiny window. You can hear the ocean at night with windows open. It’s so lovely. If bringing a pet, please select so and pay the Pet fee. Only two cars allowed at our property. There isn't room for anymore. Street parking is not allowed. The back patio and hot tub is for large house only. If there are any issues with this please advise us immediately. We would like to discuss the house cleaning fee, hot tub fee and pet fees. We understand these fees are frustrating. We are only charging what we are charged to maintain the property. We love our housekeeper and she works hard. We would prefer to have someone we trust and be there for our guests if needed in an emergency situation. Because of the fees we do try and keep our nightly prices lower than the other properties this close to the beach. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note We have basic kitchen supplies such as olive oil, veg oil, spices and a few other condiments (assuming no one uses them all and doesn’t tell us). We also have basic coffee, cream and sugar. No options for laundry but if you have an extended stay we can bring more towels if need be. Basic shower amenities included. Iron in downstairs closet. First aid kit with kid band aides. This is a very family and pet friendly home. We have added the Airbnb rating for guests in our check-in/out instuctions. We ask that you review how to rate us since some guests have left 4's and did not have the Airbnb rating system correct.
