Nimbus Novem, Beautiful Solar Home in Beaufort, NC

Welcome to Nimbus Novem, latin for Cloud Nine & named for our 1972 sailboat on which we enjoyed many memorable family trips! We're adventure seekers who love the NC coast & historic Beaufort, & this home offers the perfect getaway for all our seaside passions. We're new to AirBnB but have owned vacation rental properties since 2015. Enjoy your next gathering in this spacious, well-appointed, solar home in a coastal, resort style community. Read about us on VRBO where we have all 5 star reviews. The space This 4 bedroom house sleeps 16 comfortably. The 4th bedroom sleeps 4 in a separate studio apartment over the garage with kitchenette, full bath & an outside shower. The master bedroom has its own balcony with rocking chairs, a large walk-in closet & private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A 5th sleeping nook on the large upstairs landing has a double hanging bed & twin trundle. Each bedroom has internet TV. The home's open concept living area & eat-in kitchen has a large kitchen Island & walk-in pantry opposite the bar area in the passthrough to the separate dining room. The living area has a blue tooth stereo system & theater surround sound. French doors off the dining room that seats up to 12 lead to the screened in front porch where you'll love drinking your morning coffee, reading & gathering with family & friends. The outdoor back terrace with dining table, bistro lighting, chairs & rockers is a fun place to grill & hang out. The garage has a ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs and an extra fridge. We also have a level II EV (Electrical Vehicle) charging outlet. Guest access You have access to our entire property as well as neighborhood amenities. In the garage you'll find 7 adult bikes and 2 child bikes, a ping-pong table, foosball table, large jenga game, fishing gear, 2 pickleball raquets, 4 beach chairs, a shiboomi, a stand-up inflatable paddle board, extra fridge, & a gas grill. In the community Kayak barn, we have 2 kayaks you can use during your stay.
