Upon entering into this charming property, you will feel instantly at home. The light and airy dining room leads through to the modern and well-equipped kitchen which provides everything needed to create a delicious meal prepared from local Yorkshire produce from the markets held in the surrounding villages. Walk through the dining room to the delightful sitting room where a movie night in with the big television beckons. Conveniently located in on the ground floor, king-size bedroom two features high ceilings and two large windows that flooding the room with natural light. Just along the corridor, the gorgeous family bathroom features a roll-top, claw foot bath. Upstairs on the first floor, the king-size master bedroom is a real attribute to Poacher's Cottage. Curated with an intimate seating area for two, and an additional television and DVD player, indulge in the opportunity to sit back and relax with a slow morning coffee. Outside to the rear of the cottage, nine steep steps lead up to the raised barbecue, lawn and patio area where a perfectly situated outside dining table and chairs await. This is the great spot area for families or friends who want to enjoy time together on a mid-summers Yorkshire evening. A swift walk from the cottage will take you to the centre of Leyburn, home to The Sandpiper Inn serving excellent food, plus a terrace garden to the front, perfect for watching the world go buy. Whilst Chambers Coffee House serve wonderful fresh coffee and cake to eat in or takeaway. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Children and infants are welcome. High chair and stair gate are provided, however please bring your own travel cot or Moses basket. Pillows and duvets are synthetic. Outside: Raised patio and garden laid to lawn with table and four chairs to the rear of the property up nine steps. Further seating outside the main entrance for two people. Private parking for two cars on the driveway of the property.
