The apartment "Kolonial" is located on the ground floor (first occupancy: beginning of 2016) and was luxuriously developed and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The entire furnishings are harmoniously coordinated and thus offer a special ambience for feeling good. Other things to note The "Kolonial" apartment has 1 bedroom with solid colonial furniture in warm colors, 1 living room with real leather couch, 50-inch LED, backlighting, double patio door to large private terrace with 2 deckchairs and barbecue area 1 bathroom with walk-in shower (150 x 90 cm), large sink and solid colonial furniture, all color-coordinated 1 high-quality new fitted kitchen with generous equipment including a dishwasher and beautiful dining set made of solid colonial furniture. The colonial apartment is about 67 sqm and suitable for 2-3 people (in the bedroom an additional guest bed can be set up). (If needed, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair free of charge.) In both apartments, we welcome you upon your arrival with the following complimentary amenities: 2 bottles of beer to welcome you, dishwashing liquid and tabs, spices (basic equipment), toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen roll, dish towels, bed linen, hand and bath towels, hair dryer All rooms of both apartments are equipped with high-quality tiles and underfloor heating. The temperature can be adjusted to personal needs for each room. In our courtyard area, right next to our garages, there is a separate parking space for each apartment. The spacious, park-like garden (1400 m²) is available for our guests. In addition to a beautiful berth and many seating areas throughout the garden, there is also a barbecue area and a campfire area (wood, lighters and charcoal are provided). The wilderness garden is also a paradise for children: A football field, knight's castle, swing, slide and sandbox with many toys. Our house is located directly on the Bayer National Park. Forest (about 300 m to the enclosure zone), on the outskirts of Ludwigsthal near Zwiesel, 11 km to the Great Arber (Ski World Cup track). Excellent transport links by train and bus. A paradise for hikers, cyclists and skiers! Storage facilities for skis and ski boots, strollers, etc. Wilderness residence at the national park: Our goal is to make you feel at home with us! The bike path from the Czech Republic to Regen leads directly past our house. Only about 250 m from our house is a "real" lawn football field that can also be used. This place is right on the Regen River with beautiful natural swimming areas. Food and drinks: In our village (approx. 350 inhabitants) there are a total of 3 restaurants: one is located in the 'Haus zur Wildnis' (about 15 minutes' walk) and is only open during the day. A second inn is the 'Gasthaus Ludwigsthal' (about 300 m away). The other inn is right opposite our house (about 30 m; 'Gasthaus zum Wurzlsepp'). In the village of Schleicher (1 km away) is a very good restaurant for local 'delicacies' (trout, pork knuckle, snack plates, etc.). There are also at least 5 pizzerias in Zwiesel (5 km), even more Bavarian restaurants as well as a Greek and a Chinese. Shops can be found in Zwiesel (5 km): There are all major discount stores and supermarkets. However, we can offer you a free bread roll service (daily except Sundays and holidays).
