Villa Amália is one of the 3 charming villas located in Páteo Sagaipo. This property is located in a rural area of the municipality of Lourinhã, a few minutes from the well-known Areia Branca beach, and is the ideal space to rest with the family and replenish energies. With a magnificent view, you can count on a well decorated and welcoming space, sunbathe on our lawn, take a dip in the pool and barbecue at the end of the afternoon with vegetables from our organic garden. The space Páteo Sagaipo is a property with three contemporary villas, located in the municipality of Lourinhã, in a country area but with quick access to the city, beach and museums. Here, you can enjoy fantastic sun afternoons, just with the sound of the wind and the chirping of the birds. In Villa Amália, it has a fully equipped villa for your stay, elegant, with a great view to the garden and swimming pool, where you can enjoy meals outside. It has two bedrooms, both spacious, one for each floor. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds. On the mezzanine there is also a desk for work. Fully equipped kitchen, has coffee machine, dishwasher and laundry machine, microwave, microwave, oven and induction stove. We do not have gas, the baths are heated by the heat pump. To use the garden, we have sun loungers to sunbathe. Outside spaces are shared between the 3 villas of Páteo Sagaipo. You'll be able to pick fruits and vegetables from our vegetable garden to make this experience even more unique. We have bicycles to circulate in the area. Guest access We are located in Vale de Viga, in the municipality of Lourinhã. We advise you to travel by car, but we have bicycles to circulate. Access without stairs, accessible for people with displacement difficulties. We have parking for up to 5 cars: 3 inside the gate, two outside the property. You can walk the trails of our area, including to the beach. Walks for about 1 hour. We are located near several landmarks: - Lourinhã: 5 minutes - Praia da Areia Branca or Peralta: 10 minutes - Dino Parque: 10 minutes - Peniche: 20 minutes Other things to note Considering that the outdoor space is shared by the 3 villas, we ask that the common spaces be respected, taking into account the basic rules of common sense. The property is maintained by some technicians of our team, so on some days of the week the lawn will be mowed and the pool cleaned, and the garden will be taken care of. Parties of any kind are completely forbidden. Additional guests are not allowed to book without prior request. If the occupancy of the property is exceeded, an additional €30 per person will be charged for the number of nights of the reservation, and in some cases, your stay may be cancelled.
