Many of the (Spanish) residents live permanently in Guardamar, so all facilities are open all year round and it is a great holiday destination in both summer and winter. The apartment is located in the 24-hour secure complex EsSence. This complex is only accessible to residents or tenants. There is a private parking space available in the parking garage or you can park for free in the street next to the complex. From the attractively furnished living room you walk onto the terrace with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The sunny terrace has a lounge area and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi oven, coffee maker and kettle. The bedrooms are spacious and all have nice box-spring beds.
