Sunrise Breeze Apartment is a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bedroom apartment with a light modern decor, 1 bathroom, living room-kitchen. Sunrise Breeze Apartment can accommodate 3 people comfortably. We have another apartment right next door with the same descriptions and amenities that could be available if you plan to add more than 3 guests to your reservation; under Sunset Breeze Apartment. ➡️🚨⚠️you will be visiting PR in the 🥵hottest season🥵🔥; so for many they may interpret or be synonymous that the air in the room does not cool well and not feel at ease. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is strictly for up to 3 adult guests (17 +) at any given time. Our property is not suitable for minors. Visitors are not allowed as they are considered as guests. The property does not have dedicated parking for the guests. 1 room with Full Size bed, air conditioning, Smart tv 32”. In the room that is a common area for the guests of this unit has a "day bed" (2 twin beds) air conditioning and ceiling fan. Kitchen equipped with stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kitchenware, crockery, glasses among others. In the living room you will find a breakfast room for 2 people. 1 Bathroom the same has hot water (line heater is not that the water comes out boiling as these heaters run on a lot of water pressure and we are on a second level so the pressure is lower) shampoo dispenser, conditioner, body wash. We've added all the amenities to make it feel like it's your home away from home. There are no common areas that are shared with other guests, the whole apartment will be for you and your guests, which will give them a lot of privacy. You will find all the basic kitchen utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals. You can also enjoy wi-fi at home (don't forget to bring your Netflix account password for your entertainment). Anyway, you'll feel at home. Guest access Once in the property you will have access to the entire apartment. There are 2 individual apartments each have their own amenities so it is requested and prohibited to cross or jump the guardrails to access the other accommodation and/or neighboring areas. In front of the front door of each apartment there is a small stall should not remain there as it interrupts the entrance and privacy of the other guests. Other things to note ➡️🚨⚠️you'll be visiting PR in the 🥵HOTTEST season 🥵🔥 and hurricane season so you might experience power outages; we don't have an electric generator. Unfortunately we have no control over the noise these cause. ➡️Due to the tropical climate in Puerto Rico we have certain seasons (especially if there is rain) where we can experience the presence of ants around the properties so we recommend not leaving food waste, garbage, food that can attract them. It is important to remove the trash to the designated area in front of the main residence daily and thus helps us control and/or prevent pests in conjunction with our fumigation system. Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments strives to offer first-class service and amenities to ensure our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We offer 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel/jacuzzi per guest. If you stay more than 4 nights, we can arrange a change of towels (may have an additional cost), subject to availability. Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments offers the disposable amenities needed to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 small amount of dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We don't offer unlimited services available. It is their responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of their stay. This property is not suitable for anyone under the age of 8. If traveling with minors you must notify before booking (send inquiry) THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A ELECTRIC GENERATOR. I could experience power outages since the PREPA infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event outside our control for which we do not offer any kind of reimbursement; still will find a battery lantern in case an inconvenience arises during the night; we also keep our attention in case the event is an extended one being able to help the guest in whatever is within our reach. These events can be for short periods and sometimes longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. The property does not have exclusive parking (parking on the street) for the guests; if you choose to bring a car you must keep in mind that we do not guarantee you to be able to park in front of the property. Uber has been effective and accessible to guests. Netflix and Roku will work with the guest account, remember to bring your password. You can intermittence with the internet; as it is an event outside of our control, we do not offer refunds or discounts. AC in the room only. The room also has a ceiling fan. Living room doesn't have air conditioning; only ceiling fan. On the first level of this home is the residence of the owner and his family; they love to interact with guests so sit on the freedom to say hello. We will be grateful if any requests and/or communication is by messaging through the platform with the primary host. Because the house is located in a residential (not tourist) urbanization and is in contact with nature (nearby plants and trees), please note that you can find insects, mosquitoes, ants, domestic animals (cats, dogs), our typical "gallo", among others around the facilities (the facilities have gates and there are privacy walls around). We have no control over the noise of the airplanes nor can we control the barking of the dogs. ** ** Travel Insurance ** We understand that trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays occur. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your reservation is protected. There are unforeseen circumstances and you want to be covered. We do not provide reimbursement for causes beyond our control. We want your stay to be as pleasant and comfortable as possible, so please let us know if you have any questions during your stay.
