Guest access The house is a two-unit property with a shared entrance and two parking spaces, one for the upstairs unit (which is listed) and the other for the basement. The first unit is entirely yours, and there should be no communication with the other unit. You have two parking spaces that can accommodate two or three cars. You have access to the entire house except for one storage area. Other things to note In Puerto Rico, there has been a recent tendency towards electricity shortages. I have solar power, which keeps you supplied with electricity. However, it is important to only use essential items at night so that the backup can last longer throughout the night.
