You can use one single bed in a wooden floored room and at the same time use two sets of traditional and comfortable Japanese Futon in a Tatami room. Your party can try and enjoy exclusively two rooms, a toilet and a brand-new wider shower room in the second floor without any other guests. Please experience the feeling of Tatami and Futon in the convenient but quiet and greenery circumstances of Tokyo. You can access to Shinjyuku, Shibuya with half an hour or so. So, many foreigners love to live in this area because of convenient access. There are convenience stores nearby. One is three minutes walk from my house. A laundromat is five minutes walk from my house. You can try and enjoy a feeling of traditional and modern way of life in Japan. Guest access You can access mainly a tatami room and a modern room in the second floor. Each room has not door keys. You can use a private toilet renovated and a private shower room. The owner of house ,me lives in the ground floor. you can have a relaxed time like a family in Tokyo. During your stay I had been in European countries with my family. I have traveled many countries in Asia, Middle East, US and also Japan. I may advice or make some suggestions for your trip plan in Japan if you want it. However, I recommend that you will explore by yourself. it is convenient and safe in Tokyo, You can find various nice things and contacts of peoples. Other things to note No Valuables. I ask you that you will not bring high price, valuable items because there is no door keys of each room inside of the house. You and I may respect own privacy each other like a mature family. No smoking inside of my house but also around of my house. No cooking. Guests can not be offered a kitchen. You can wash underwear by hands in a new shower room. I recomend to you to go to 24 hours laundromats, self-service laundry shop nearby. One is five minutes walk from my house. You can use a Tatami room, a wooden floor room, a toilet and a shower room in the second floor without any other groups of guests. There are two sets of Futon in a Tatami room and a single bed in a wooden floor. The closet of Tatami room is not offered to guests. Please do not touch things in the closet. Hosts give you pinpoint instructions how to use Tatami mattress, a shower or other equipment when you make check in. Hosts can enter to rooms which are offered to guests for the purpose of security and cleanings with a notice of entry. You are required to offer your passports to a host for scanning its by Japanese government law. Age of guests is upper than 12 years old. You can principally reserve rooms up to a month.
