The house is situated a pleasant 3-4 minutes’ walk away from both the beach and the Tagore Promenade. There are grocery stores, pastry shops, restaurants and beaches near the house. The house is let as a whole. It is excellent for big families and groups of friends. Two cars can be parked in the enclosed yard, under the grape pergola. There are a double bedroom, a separate toilet, a stall shower, a kitchen and a living room on the ground floor of the house. The living room includes an extra double bed, which can be opened if needed, and a TV set. The living room has an exit to the terrace, which can serve as a place for pleasant meals and chats under the retractable awnings. Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor. Here, there are a quadruple bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony opening from the bedroom. Our guests can barbecue, cook in a cauldron, play table tennis or badminton in the garden. The minimum stay is 6 days. During this time, the entire house belongs to the guests, including the actually ripening fruits.
