Set in the classically charming neighborhood of lower Conchas Chinas, Casa Caleta is about a half mile along the beach from the famous Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone in Old Town Peurto Vallarta. As you enter from the quaint cobblestone street into this gated community, you will be surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden area with tropical foliage high overhead. Take a splash about in the pristine saline-filtered infinity pool that sits right against the golden sands. The enormous Jacuzzi with a waterfall feature that sits adjacent makes a wonderful place to unwind in the soothing bubbles. Step out from any of the waters and into the alfresco shower before taking a load off on one of the sun loungers. The covered, outdoor dining area comes loaded with a grill and gourmet outdoor kitchen. On entering Casa Caleta through its thick wooden double doors, you will find yourself in the intimate entry courtyard that provides access to the residence through a paned, beveled glass entry. Inside, the phenomenal ocean views can be appreciated throughout. Attention to detail is the hallmark of this villa. Solid slab marble flooring and contemporary, stately furnishings contribute to feelings of utter resplendence.
