This home is older and while maintained properly and well taken care of with the best cleaners, please do not expect brand new. 2. This home is located off a main road and you will hear cars. It’s not excessively loud, but something to note. 3. Only one room, the queen with the private bathroom, has a window AC unit. All other rooms have ceiling and standing fans. Please open your windows and let the trades winds blow, most homes in hawaii are set up like this and it’s a very common way of living. 4. You will see bugs! You are in the country! We welcome you and want you to experience all the incredible things about our beautiful home, but unfortunately we cannot control the critters. We do what we can to keep them away, but you will often see geckos in the home, ants and maybe a spider or other bugs. In the country we do open air living and this is all a very normal part of our life, embrace it or try to find something in waikiki! 5. This home is a duplex with neighbors who live on the other half. There are shared walls and you may hear each other. Again, please take all of this into consideration before booking our home! If AC, silent comfort, and bug free zones are important to you, our place is probably not the best fit for you! Turtle Bay Resort is down the road, or waikiki is beautiful too! ***** Here are some wonderful things about our home…. We are located within a gated property, it’s very safe with other residents on site. There is a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a king bed, queen, and a single. A nice covered outdoor patio for meals and relaxing. The queen bedroom has a private bathroom and window AC unit. There is a washer and dryer located out the back and you can access it thru the main bathroom door. There is a large back yard for sun bathing, relaxing on a blanket or playing with your children. Roku Tv is available for login on your networks of choice. *** Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the home. There are other people on property so out of respect to all please do at a distance away from house. We have a designated area near front gate under the plumeria trees. ***No candles or incense or other items of this nature. *** If any Smoking, candles or such substances are caught being used in the home you will be asked to leave with no refund**** Guest access Parking Full kitchen, 4 burner stove, microwave, oven.
