Other things to note The 4-person limit is imposed and strictly enforced by the HOA. Please talk to us if you have 5 in your group with children under 5 years old. Per HOA's policy, no dogs, cats, or animals of any kind are allowed. The pool-side snacks bar, offering drinks and food options, is open from Thursday - Sunday in March, Wednesday - Monday in April - November, and is closed during winter. Selected spas are heated year-round, and selected pools are heated as needed from March to November. No pools are heated during December - February. The condo is 25 minutes to town. Please bring bottled water with you since it's not recommended to drink tap water in Mexico. If you need to buy grocery, especially fresh sea food, Super Ley is a great super market in town.
