The center of Denia is about 4.5 km, 5 km to the beach Las Marinas. The location of the house is perfect and very quiet. The environment is green and characterized by other beautiful villas. In a few minutes you are in the city, which offers everything that makes a holiday pleasant and exciting. Holidays in Denia are different than in the crowds of the Costa Blanca. Here there are no concrete castles, here the view goes unhindered over beautiful villas, pines and gardens from the Montgo to the sea. Particularly interesting are the beaches of Las Rotas, the 12 km long, flat sandy beaches of Las Marinas or the bay of Javea with its beautiful promenade. The environment is green and characterized by other beautiful villas. Many sizeable shops, tapas bars, restaurants and cafes can be found at Marques de Campo, the tree-lined main street of Denia, which leads directly to the harbor. Due to the location of the house you can reach these shops quickly, because you do not have to go through the city, which has a lot of traffic during the summer. In the center (about 4.5 KM) you will find every Friday a large fruit and vegetable market next to the market hall. It is open from Monday to Saturday and offers the most delicious local specialties. In the event calendars the special markets with regional products in the charming surrounding villages are pointed out. A large shopping center is located at the motorway exit Denia / Javea about 10 km from the house.
