Full kitchen with Keurig, Coffee, Cream, and Sugar. Dining room seats 7 between the table and the bar. Sunny spot. DOWNSTAIRS: Daylight basement with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Full bath. Living room has board games and an XBOX with 4 controllers. Room 1 (yellow) is the smallest of the three. Room 2 (red) is the largest, with a direct walk-through access to the bathroom. Room 3 (gray) has an office space and french privacy doors separating it from Room 2, with direct walk-through access to the kitchen. In floor heat. Full Kitchen with front loader washer and dryer. Laundry soap is provided! This laundry set is for the whole house (no separate laundry machines available upstairs). Guest access Parking in driveway year round.
