Come relax and recharge in this welcoming, quiet and elegant place, which gives you immediate access to the long white sand beach of the Baie Orientale. Our newly renovated studio, 45 m2 with its terrace, can accommodate up to 4 people. The Mont Vernon residence is quiet and secure 24 hours a day. The swimming pool is beautiful and huge, with carbets and deckchairs at your disposal. You can swim and relax, right on the beach. The space You won't have the sea view from the terrace, but the advantage is that you won't have the wind either! (often continuous and tiring on the beachfront). To make your stay pleasant, this studio offers you an equipped kitchen: glass hob, dishes, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, Canal Sat, Wi-Fi internet access (very fast with fiber) in the studio (with secure code). Nice bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. King size canopy bed 200 x 200 and comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 190), safe, air conditioning. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided (except beach towels). The terrace with table and chairs will allow you to enjoy your meals (terrace closed by roller shutter). And you will also find a cooler to go for a picnic on the beautiful beaches of Saint Martin... Other things to note In the residence, near the reception, you will also find: - a convenience store, open daily - a pizzeria - a laundromat (if you don't want to wash your laundry in the studio) You also have access to the parking lot (free placement) of the residence to park your rental vehicle.
