This coastal cottage has recessed lighting, a modern renovated full kitchen, and is one of the larger guest cottages in Seaside sleeping three. The completely renovated full kitchen is off the living room with all new top of the line appliances, full size Wolf Oven, Wolf Gas range, and a Wolf Over microwave combo. There are beautiful custom built in kitchen cabinets, kitchen storage, marble counter tops and a large stainless farmhouse sink. There is a guest half bath on the first floor. Up the stairs to the king master bedroom and you are surrounded by crisp white bead board, pitched white oak ceilings, a modern ceiling fan, and a corner mounted new flat screen Smart TV. This room is bathed in natural light from surrounding windows with beautiful roof top and Seaside town views. Off the king bedroom is your own open air Juliette balcony amongst tree top views. The master bedroom has its own renovated private bathroom with a large glass enclosed walk-in rain shower and single vanity. Feeling TipSea is the perfect Seaside escape for four. Need a little more room, you can rent the main home Knotty by Nature and TipSea for a large family escape sleeping 11 in all. *Please be aware there is a private plunge pool off the guest cottage that can be in use by the main cottage Knotty by Nature.
