A renter's dream! Year round lake house located on the WEST side of Conesus Lake. This 7 bedroom (sleeps 20 in beds), 3 1/2 bath lake house makes for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life OR maybe a new place to work from home. Our family bought this cottage 10 years ago, so that we can make memories at the lake together. Unfortunately, there are a lot of times we are not using the lake house due to life getting in the way. We want other families to have the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the water and make memories that will last a lifetime! Great for families (multiple) to rent year round to enjoy all seasons and activities that go along with them. Included in the property....Swimming (water mat included), fishing, kayaking (2), paddle board, (2), pedal boat tube for your boat, water skis, inflatable rafts, beach toys. BOAT and JET SKI ARE NOT INCLUDED. Private dock will be in by May and taken out in October. There is room to tie up a boat if you choose to bring your own or rent. Also and extra jet ski hoist. Enjoy beautiful fall foliage around the lake, and cozy up by the fireplace in the winter after ice fishing or duck hunting. The lake house also includes a large deck for dinners and entertaining, which includes an outdoor TV, outdoor dart board, and grill. There is also a firepit with chairs and area for lawn games. If the weather isn't cooperating no worries there are lots of board/card games to play!!! Looking to get out a bit? Conesus lake has lots to offer...Deer Run Winery, coffee shops, local shops, bars, breweries, golf courses. There are two restaurants that you can boat up to as well as drive to (Beachcomber & ). Minnehans fun center (go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, arcade, food, ice cream). You can also take a quick car ride into Geneseo, NY. This town provides lots more restaurants, shopping , Wegmans, Walmart, movie theatre, bowling. Letchworth State Park is also a close drive to go hiking and check out the falls. Onsite WASHER and DRYER provided, plenty of closet space, extra fridge and freezer(2). Air Conditioning in all rooms! Linens and towels provided. 4 parking spaces in driveway and then extra parking on street available. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM/BATH!
