The Avion is nestled down in our woods for your own peaceful mountain getaway. The skinny: Electricity yes but no AC (Thankfully it stays cool up here at night- fans available). Outdoor kitchen an HOT outdoor shower experience uses captured rain water (said to be the “most unique shower experience” ever had!). Drinking water provided, super clean Porta-Jon toilet (reviewed as the “cleanest Jon I have ever used” by a former guest). Family of 4?
