Farmhouse near Lucca. Apartment with swimming pool, vineyards and olive trees

In an old stone farmhouse there is our two-room apartment of about 45 square meters. This is a comfortable apartment on two levels. On the ground floor, with independent access and direct to the garden, is the living area, while the master bedroom was built on the upper floor on a mezzanine overlooking the original stone staircase, creating a space reserved but homogeneous with the underlying environment. The apartment comes with a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. On the first floor there is also a full bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV with HDMI and satellite channels. Also find free wifi and air conditioning (for a fee). In the large garden there is a comfortable table with chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. On request, a barbecue is available free of charge and you can bring your pet (with prior confirmation). Our farm is located on the hill of Montecarlo, in the plain of Lucca. Montecarlo is a small medieval village full of history and attractions. Our apartments are surrounded by olive trees and vineyards of our farm. A small estate where you can find peace and tranquility. Our position is strategic for being able to move in the north of Tuscany. Outside the chaos of the city but close to the main roads is a short distance from Lucca (about 20 minutes by car), Pisa (40 minutes) and Florence (50 minutes). Even Siena can be reached quickly (90 minutes).
