WI River-Boom Lake cottage on spacious lot, water on 3 sides, kayaks, fire pit

Located on the Wisconsin River chain around the corner from Boom Lake and Hodag Park. Easy access from Hwy 47. Boat or snowmobile for miles in either direction. Our four season cottage is ten steps from the water with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining table for 6, Wifi and gas fireplace. The property is a little over an acre with water on 3 sides. No steps to the water! In summer months, there are 4 docks overlooking the chain and a quiet bay, swimming area with nice sandy bottom, 2 kayaks available, paddle boat, yard games, hammocks, three person swing to enjoy your coffee or book by the water, a gas grill or jump on your boat and visit 4 bar/restaurants on the river. Firewood is provided. New for June 2022: we have the option for you to rent a pontoon boat for an extra charge. Please message me if you are interested. Once you see all the boats going by, you’re going to want to join in on the fun! In the winter, ice fish and watch your tip ups from the comfort of the cottage. Bring your snowmobiles and have immediate access to the trails that run right by. Please note: like most cottages close to the water, there is a high iron concentration in our water. We recommend bringing your own drinking water and bagged ice to consume. We have ceiling fans in each bedroom, the living room and kitchen. There is no AC. This is our family cottage that we rent occasionally and is pet friendly - message if you are interested.
