The house has a driveway with 4 car maximum capacity. Area has No street parking allowed anywhere in city. We Easily fit 4 vehicles in driveway or one 35foot or such RV and a couple cars. The beach has parking 2 blocks up road and is a simple walk. Often do it with a evening cocktail or a morning cup of coffee, to see sunrise. Added multiple bunk beds.
