Other things to note This lovingly furnished approx. 63 m² 2-room comfort apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is only about 300 m from the beach. The apartment captivates with its spacious, bright living room and the magnificent sunny balcony. It is equipped with a bright leather set, a coffee table, 48" LCD TV, music system. The separate fitted kitchen has a dining area and ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine and complete equipment for up to 2 people. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe and a 32" flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is free of charge (no compensation claim in the event of a fault). Furthermore, there is a full bathroom with an infrared heat cabin, a separate toilet and a storage room in the apartment. Your bikes can be accommodated in the basement. Smoking and keeping animals are not allowed. We ask for your attention! The use of the car parking space is included.
