The cottage has 2 en-suite bedrooms, breathtaking lake views over Talkin Tarn and private parking in the nearby car park. Close to Hadrians Wall and the historic city of Carlisle, Newcastle is also easily accessible. Guest access With views over the tarn, No 5 is a luxury 2 bedroom cottage providing home from home comforts in an enviable location, perfect for a family get away with a wealth of activities close by for all the family to enjoy. The open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room has comfy sofas around the fireplace with electric log burning stove, Smart TV and views to the Tarn, there is access to the patio leading to the landscaped gardens and tarn. The luxury kitchen with dining area overlooks the gardens to the tarn and is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, washer/dryer and microwave. Cloakroom. To the first floor are 2 bedrooms, the master double room with king size bed and views over the Tarn and en-suite slate tiled shower room. The twin bedroom can be made up to a king size bed on request at the time of booking with en-suite bathroom with copper bath overlooking the Tarn and separate shower.
