Located 5 minute walk to the main Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital Main Campus in the salubrious area of St. Leonards almost next door to Exeter St Luke’s University Campus. The property is also within easy walking distance of Magdalen Road parade of shops, where you can also find independent boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, eateries and the homely Mount Radford Pub. The lounge decor style interior is industrial influenced, however this doesn't mean that there is a lack of comfort or the standard amenities you would expect. If you prefer not to walk to the city center, there is a bus stop within 2 minutes walking distance which will allow you to get central in order to visit the museums, shopping malls, bars and restaurants as well as easy reach to Exeter City FC ground. the whole house, including Garden Courtyard. Celebrious neighborhood. There is a bus stop within a stones throw of the front door, this will allow you to use the bus network to get all over Exeter and even beyond... We also provide a bread-maker, bread mix as well as butter and preserves so that you can make yourself a loaf of fresh bread and enjoy something for breakfast. Parking is off road, almost opposite the property, there are parking permits supplied in the property - these will need to be displayed in the vehicle - failure to return these on your departure will incur a charge as they would need to be replaced. The property has the standard amenities the average person would expect, however for example some people perhaps might expect a dishwasher, a cafetière, 15 pans, a gym or a sauna as standard, thus if there is something you really can’t live without, we would HIGHTY suggest you check before booking!!.
