The villa has a separate apartment on the ground floor: loggia with sea view, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and double bedroom with bathroom. The floor above: covered terrace with sofas and table, living room (air conditioning), service and a kitchen. A double bedroom with bathroom and two double bedrooms are available. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. One has a balcony overlooking the sea. We ask for the electricity/linens separately on site. The space The view of the sea from the villa is amazing, unforgettable especially from the upper floor! On the left you can see the golf course "Tanka Golf Club" (18 holes) which is in close proximity. You can also see in the distance the port of Villasimius and on the right the turquoise sea in the natural reserve "Marine Protected Area of Capo Carbonara".
