The space SOME conditions for PEACEFUL RENTAL: Optional linen rental, €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double bed. For pets, one pet is allowed upon prior request, no more than 10 kg. As far as cleaning is concerned, the accommodation is delivered in a perfect state of cleanliness and must be returned in the same condition. A cleaning fee of €95 can be chosen as an option when applying for the rental, not including the cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. In case of non-compliance with the cleanliness rules, a fee of €195 will be applied. Regarding pets, our friends cannot sleep in the bedrooms or on the sofas, the living room carpet must be removed.
