The floor is laid out with light laminate flooring, an elevated dining table with 4 chairs separates the open, modern kitchen. It is equipped with a classic coffee machine (espresso machine not available). The ceramic hob has 2 plates. In the living room, there is a cozy couch with table and a large, swiveling flat-screen TV. Also a double bed up to 1.6 m wide with open foot end (single mattress). As clearly visible in the photos, access is only possible from the foot end. The bathroom has a corner shower, a washbasin with towel warmer and a toilet. The property has an outdoor parking space and the garage is suitable for storing bicycles and beach utensils. The beach is within sight and is less than 60 meters away. Free Wi-Fi is available.
