The house is surrounded by a large garden on the edge of the beautiful complex "De Poeler Drift" overlooking the Wismar Bay and the surrounding fields. The two beach sections of Zierow are within walking distance (about 800 m) and a wagon is at your disposal for the transport of important utensils such as sand toys. Right outside the front door, a beautiful walking or running route starts along the water and the Baltic Sea cycle path passes within sight. For families, not only does the summer house offer all-round carefree amenities, but Zierow itself also offers a lot with several playgrounds within walking distance, a wide range of offers from the nearby campsite, as well as various cultural and leisure facilities in the area such as in Wismar, Klütz or Kalkhorst for different age groups and weather conditions. It's just nice here all year round! The house itself has a total of 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, an open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchenette, a full bathroom, a shower room with rainforest shower. For cozy autumn and winter days, a fireplace and sauna are also at your disposal, while the continuous underfloor heating ensures a pleasant holiday climate. The furnishings of all rooms have been individually assembled - with a focus on practical details complemented by lovingly selected design and individual pieces. We want you to feel at home with friends during your vacation in the summer house. The cozy seating area with a large sofa with extra seating depth, comfortable wicker armchairs and seat poufs forms the basis for relaxing evenings. Smart TV and Blue-Ray players are of course available. The large antique dining table is ideal for the extensive family breakfast or joint cooking evenings and can accommodate up to 8 people. Small guests sit with us just as nicely and comfortably as the big ones on 3 wooden children's chairs. For babies who are already sitting, 2 of the proven Ikea high chairs are also available The kitchen blends seamlessly into the living room and offers everything you know from home: a large refrigerator, a separate freezer, an induction stove and microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle (with temperature selection). In addition, and especially interesting for families, are waffle irons, sandwich makers, hand blenders as well as children's dishes, food storage containers, cake molds, cookie cutters, etc. Especially for our little guests, the play corner under the stairs, lovingly furnished with selected children's furniture, is an ideal hiding place and offers a large selection of books, puzzles, games, building blocks, Lego, etc. for different age groups. Coloring books and pens are also provided. Also on the first floor is the shower room with a large walk-in shower and the sauna. From the living room you enter a spacious bedroom with a fantastic view of the surrounding fields. Here you can enjoy the sunrise from the cozy 1.80 m double bed. The bedroom also has a smart TV with satellite connection. In the storage room on the ground floor you will find both a branded washing machine and a dryer for free use as well as all practical household appliances such as a Dyson vacuum cleaner. For longer stays, you will also find plenty of additional storage space for your supplies. On the first floor, on the left, there is the large bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, plenty of storage space, also a smart TV and a wooden baby bed, so that your children can also feel at home. A travel baby cot can also be provided and would also fit in this spacious room. On the right is the 3rd double bedroom which has a 1.60 m bed, storage space for 2 people and another smart TV. Adjacent you will find the "children's room" with 3 single beds of 1.40 m, 1.60 m and 2.00 m length so that 3 children or 2 children and 1 adult can sleep comfortably here. We have also thought of enough storage space for clothes and toys as well as appealing details such as a book box. All of our bedrooms can be darkened by pleated blinds and external shutters and have built-in insect protection roller blinds. The cozy bathroom on the first floor invites you to relax with a bathtub. Also from here you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields. For small children, we have equipped our entire house with built-in socket protection, stools and steps are as ready as a toilet seat, so you do not have to worry about the safety and comfort of your children on vacation. We have deliberately avoided dangerous decorative items at baby height. Our summer house is located on an 800 m² plot which is completely enclosed and also offers many opportunities for fun and relaxation. In the garden house you will find everything you need for your beach stay, such as a picnic blanket, beach shell, folding chairs, sand toys, in addition to the "bicycle for bread rolls". A wagon is available for transportation. For active hours in your own garden, you are also welcome to use the sports equipment such as badminton, slackline, beach ball or football goals or relax in the hammock or bean bags. You can watch your children play on the climbing frame with swing and slide. For the little ones, the paddling pool can also offer a cool off away from the Baltic Sea on hot days. Of course, there is also a gas grill and a large table with 8 chairs on the southwest-facing terrace. Here, too, small children like to sit at their own table in the shade under the large swiveling parasol. Free Wi-Fi is of course included as well as towels and linens. In the kitchen you will find vinegar, oil, a small selection of spices as well as tea and coffee. In front of the house there is space for up to three cars. An electric charging station is available and can be used for separate billing of the used electricity costs. Charging power cost for the charging station: 60 cents/Kwh. Bicycles can be locked in the in-house storage shed and safely store a bicycle rear rack (Ahk) on a separate wall mount.
